WhatConverts Pricing in 2026: Plans, Usage Rates, and What You Pay
WhatConverts pricing starts at $30 a month and runs to $160 a month for a single account, with separate agency plans from $500. Every plan bills phone numbers and minutes as usage, set against a usage credit that comes with the plan.
Quick answer: WhatConverts’ four single-account plans are $30, $60, $100, and $160 a month, each with a $30 usage credit. Local numbers are $2.50 each, local minutes are 4.5 cents, and white label is $50 a month extra. Agency plans with unlimited accounts are $500, $800, and $1,250 a month.
WhatConverts Pricing Plans
| Plan | Monthly price | What the plan adds |
|---|---|---|
| Call Tracking | $30 | Call and text message tracking with marketing data |
| Plus | $60 | Form and chat tracking |
| Pro | $100 | Call flows, report builder, scheduled reports, HIPAA |
| Elite | $160 | Customer journey, multi-click attribution, lead intelligence |
Each plan includes a $30 usage credit and a 14-day free trial. The tiers add features. They do not add usage: the credit is the same $30 from the cheapest plan to the most expensive.
Note where call flows sit. Routing a call through a greeting, a menu, or a ring group is on the Pro plan at $100, so a business that wants call tracking with routing starts there and not at $30.
WhatConverts Usage Rates
| Item | Single account | Agency plans |
|---|---|---|
| Local number | $2.50 each | $1.75 each |
| Local minute | 4.5 cents | 4 cents |
| Toll-free number | $3.50 each | $3.00 each |
| Toll-free minute | 6.5 cents | 6 cents |
| Text message | 3 cents | 3 cents |
| Call transcription | 2 cents a minute | 2 cents a minute |
| Form, chat, or transaction | 10 cents each | 10 cents each |
| White label | $50 a month | $50 a month |
These rates are fair. The local number price is lower than most of the category, ours included.
WhatConverts Agency Pricing
Agencies that want every client in a separate account buy an Unlimited Accounts plan.
| Plan | Monthly price | Usage credit |
|---|---|---|
| Plus | $500 | $250 |
| Pro | $800 | $300 |
| Elite | $1,250 | $400 |
White label is still $50 a month on top.
What WhatConverts Costs: Three Worked Examples
These use the published rates and assume the usage credit is applied to numbers, minutes, and texts first. Call Tracker’s equivalent plan is alongside.
A local business: 8 numbers, 400 minutes, 40 texts
| WhatConverts Call Tracking | Call Tracker Starter | |
|---|---|---|
| Base plan | $30.00 | $37.00 |
| Numbers | 8 x $2.50 = $20.00 | Included (10) |
| Minutes | 400 x $0.045 = $18.00 | Included (500) |
| Texts | 40 x $0.03 = $1.20 | Included (100) |
| Usage credit | Minus $30.00 | |
| Monthly total | $39.20 | $37.00 |
Close to a tie. If that business wants a phone menu or a ring group, WhatConverts moves to Pro and the total becomes $109.20, while call flows are already part of Call Tracker’s $37.
A growing business: 25 numbers, 1,500 minutes, 150 texts
| WhatConverts Call Tracking | Call Tracker Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Base plan | $30.00 | $87.00 |
| Numbers | 25 x $2.50 = $62.50 | 5 extra x $4 = $20.00 |
| Minutes | 1,500 x $0.045 = $67.50 | 500 extra x $0.05 = $25.00 |
| Texts | 150 x $0.03 = $4.50 | Included (200) |
| Usage credit | Minus $30.00 | |
| Monthly total | $134.50 | $132.00 |
Again close, and again the gap opens with features: on WhatConverts Pro the same usage is $204.50.
An agency: 10 clients, 40 numbers, 1,500 minutes, white label
| WhatConverts Unlimited Accounts Plus | Call Tracker Agency | |
|---|---|---|
| Base plan | $500.00 | $147.00 |
| Numbers | 40 x $1.75 = $70.00 | Included (40) |
| Minutes | 1,500 x $0.04 = $60.00 | Included (1,500) |
| Usage credit | Covers the $130.00 | |
| White label | $50.00 | Included |
| Monthly total | $550.00 | $147.00 |

Is WhatConverts Pricing Worth It?
For the right account, yes. WhatConverts captures calls, forms, and chats as one stream of leads, and that is a real reason to choose it.
- It is good value when you track calls only and need no routing. The $30 plan with its usage credit is hard to beat for a handful of numbers.
- It gets expensive when you need call flows, because that feature starts at $100 a month.
- It gets expensive for agencies, because separate client accounts start at $500 a month and white label is extra.
How Call Tracker Prices It Instead
Full disclosure: we build Call Tracker, so treat this as the vendor’s case and not a neutral verdict.
Call Tracker runs three plans at $37, $87, and $147 a month, and the difference between them is usage, not features. Starter includes 10 numbers, 500 local minutes, and 100 texts. Call recording, AI transcription, call flows, whisper messages, voicemail, and unlimited users are on all three.
For agencies, the $147 Agency plan includes white label call tracking and unlimited client companies.
Where Call Tracker is weaker: it tracks calls and texts, not forms or chats. If you need every lead type in one place, WhatConverts does that and we do not.
