CallTrackingMetrics Pricing in 2026: Plans and Usage Costs

CallTrackingMetrics pricing starts at $79 a month and runs to $1,999 a month across four plans. The plan price buys the platform. Phone numbers, minutes, and text messages are billed as usage on top, and the pricing page lists those as volume-based without giving a rate.

Quick answer: CallTrackingMetrics (CTM) has four plans: Marketing Lite at $79, Marketing Pro at $179, Sales Engage at $329, and Enterprise at $1,999 a month. Paying yearly lowers the first three to $65, $149, and $274. Transcription is 2 cents a minute and white label is $65 per domain. Number and minute rates are not published.

CallTrackingMetrics Pricing Plans

Plan Monthly Billed yearly What the plan adds
Marketing Lite $79 $65 Call attribution, call recording and forwarding, Google Ads and GA4 integrations
Marketing Pro $179 $149 3,000 transcribed minutes, form tracking, HubSpot and Facebook integrations
Sales Engage $329 $274 Softphone, smart dialer, VoiceAI
Enterprise $1,999 $1,999 Account management, professional services hours, custom terms

Every plan lists unlimited users. A two-year commitment lowers the first three plans further, to $60, $135, and $247 a month.

The Costs CTM Publishes

Item Rate
Call transcription 2 cents a minute
Enhanced transcription 10 cents a minute
AskAI call summaries 5 cents a minute
VoiceAI 12 cents a minute
White label $65 per domain

Marketing Pro includes 3,000 transcribed minutes, which is worth $60 at the published rate.

The Costs CTM Does Not Publish

This is the part that decides your bill. On CTM’s pricing page, local numbers, toll-free numbers, inbound minutes, and text messages are each listed as “volume-based pricing”, with no figure beside them. The base plans do not list any included numbers or minutes.

That means you cannot work out a monthly total from the page. Before you sign up, ask CTM for three numbers in writing:

  • The monthly price of a local tracking number at the volume you expect to run.
  • The per-minute rate for inbound local and toll-free calls.
  • The per-message rate for texts, if you use them.

Then multiply by your own counts. A number pool for dynamic number insertion is where number costs add up fastest.

Is CallTrackingMetrics Pricing Worth It?

For the right team, yes. CTM is one of the most capable platforms in the category, and its top plans cover things most call trackers do not attempt.

  • It suits teams that want a contact center with their attribution. The softphone, smart dialer, and VoiceAI on Sales Engage are a different product from plain call tracking.
  • It suits heavy transcription users. 3,000 included minutes on Marketing Pro is generous.
  • It is hard to budget for a small account. A $79 platform fee before a single number or minute is a high floor for a business with a few campaigns, and the usage rates are not on the page.
  • Advanced integrations cost a tier. HubSpot and Facebook are listed on Marketing Pro at $179, not on Marketing Lite.

How Call Tracker Prices It Instead

Full disclosure: we build Call Tracker, so treat this as the vendor’s case and not a neutral verdict.

Call Tracker publishes every rate. Three plans at $37, $87, and $147 a month, and the difference between them is usage, not features.

Plan Price Local numbers Local minutes Texts
Starter $37 10 500 100
Pro $87 20 1,000 200
Agency $147 40 1,500 300

Beyond the allowance, a local number is $4, a local minute is 5 cents, a toll-free minute is 6 cents, a text is 2 cents, and transcription is 2 cents a minute. Call recording, AI transcription, call flows, and unlimited users are on all three plans, and the Agency plan includes white label call tracking.

Where Call Tracker is weaker: no softphone, no dialer, no form tracking, and no native HubSpot integration. If you need a contact center, CTM does that and we do not.
